What information should I provide?
CTA Advisors will have a simple intake questionnaire to get the core information revolving around your entities; such as type of entity, state it was formed in, when it was formed, ownership and management details, what the plans and goals are for each entity, etc.
How soon do I have to file?
Entities that existed before 1/1/24 have a year to do their first filing (1/1/25). Entities formed in 2024 have 90 days to file. Entities formed 1/1/25 and after have 30 days to file.
Do you work with other members of my team?
Of course. CTA Advisors coordinates with any of the business’ team members, such as accountants, attorneys, management staff, etc.
